Returns Overview

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase, which is why we offer a 90-day return policy. If it's been less than 90 days since your purchase, we’re here to assist you with a return or exchange.

To qualify for a return, please ensure your item is unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging it arrived in. If you’ve used part of your purchase and are not completely satisfied, please reach out to our support team at support@elfthc.com.

 

Please be sure to include as much detail as possible including your full name, order #, address, phone number and reason for the return. The more information you provide the faster we can resolve your issue(s).

 

Damaged/Defective Items:

 

Please note that we may request you to email photos and/or a video of damaged or defective merchandise prior to sending the items back. We will also email you with troubleshooting steps. Troubleshooting steps are required to speed up the return process and assist you in avoiding any return processing fees.

 

Consumable items cannot be returned. This includes, but is not limited to, liquid products, coils/pods, cartridges, and batteries. Any item classified as consumable is non-refundable.

 

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

 

Refunds

 

After we receive and inspect your return, we’ll email you to confirm we’ve received your item and to let you know whether your refund is approved.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be issued to your original payment method within a few days.

 

In some situations, we may only be able to provide a partial refund, but we’ll always do our best to help you.

 

Exchanges

 

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at support@elfthc.com.

 

Please note that a 10% return processing fee will be charged if:

 

  • The product has been opened and/or found to be non-defective
  • The product or packaging shows signs of physical damage or user error
