1. Are Elf products legal?
Yes! In 2018, the Farm Bill was signed into law, permitting the cultivation and sale of cannabis plants with a THC content of less than 0.3% by dry weight. Every Elf product adheres to this stringent legal requirement, and we only sell products that contain less than 0.3% THC.
2. Are Elf products lab tested?
All of our products are tested by 3rd party labs ensuring legality and overall safety.

4. What is Delta 8?
Delta-8 THC (or delta-8 tetrahydrocannabinol) is a naturally occurring chemical compound called a cannabinoid, that is found in the cannabis plant. Elf only uses Hemp- derived Delta-8 with less than 0.3% THC.
5. What is Delta 9?
The most commonly known and used cannabinoid is Delta 9. Similarly to Delta 8 above, our Delta 9 products are also legal for us under the Farm Bill as they are hemp-derived and contain less than 0.3% THC.
6. What is HHC?
HHC stands for "Hexahydro-cannabinol". Simply put, HHC is a hydrogenated from of THC. HHC is found to be naturally occurring in hemp plants. It is also legal under the Farm Bill.
7. What is CBD?
CBD or, Cannabidiol, is the most prevalent active ingredient in cannabis. Also derived from the hemp CBD does not cause any psychoactive effects.
